Please log into your account to access your tracking number. If your order was marked as delivered but has not arrived, there is a good chance it will still be delivered soon. It is not uncommon for carriers to mark packages for delivery a few days prior to actual delivery. If you have still not received your package after 3 business days from the notated delivery date, please contact us at help@tryblends.com.
In order to request a replacement for any missing, damaged or defective item, please make sure to email us at help@tryblends.com before 30 days from the ship date. If the request is made after this timeframe, we will not be able to issue any replacement items.
